Dear North Otter Community 

We are excited to begin another year at North Otter Elementary School and continue the amazing work that students, staff and parents have invested into the community. We are all part of this community, and it is here at the school where we come together to support the ethical, social, intellectual, emotional, and physical growth and well-being of the students that are the future of Langley. At NOE, we are committed to challenging students and support the Langley School District’s mission, “To inspire all learners to reach their full potential and create a positive legacy for the future.” In partnership with families, we seek to connect students with the school, the community and one another.  

In addition to building relationships, the elementary experience is about curiosity and play, and exploring and pursuing our passions. It is our goal that all students find a place at NOE where they feel a sense of belonging and where their talents flourish. To that end, we encourage students to take advantage of the many opportunities provided by the school, including our music/band, ADST projects, sports teams, and school clubs. It is through these shared experiences where we work together, build friendships, and strengthen our connections.
